BREAKING NEWS: Antonio Margarito granted Texas license

According to Dan Rafael of ESPN, Antonio Margarito has been granted a license to fight in the state of Texas meaning that his fight with Manny Pacquiao will go ahead as planned on November 13th.

Margarito had his boxing license revoked last February after being caught with illegal knuckle pads in his hand wraps and was refused a license in California last Wednesday but a representative from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation announced that the former welterweight belt holder had been granted a license.
