Mosley/Mayweather prediction and video

Well time has flew by and tomorrow sees Shane Mosley take on Floyd Mayweather. HBO’S 24/7 series has helped build anticipation for an already eagerly anticipated fight and I personally can’t wait.

Words fail me when I try to think of how to describe people who are picking Floyd to stop Shane, I just don’t see it happening. Regardless of how much Floyd will pot shot, Shane is a big tough welterweight who has been in with bigger stronger and harder hitting fighters than Floyd. I also think the likelyhood Shane will catch Floyd and just knock him out with a massive punch is unlikely too. Floyd is a slick boxer and rarely gets caught flush and he knows how important it will be not to get caught by Mosley, Mosley has ended his last 2 fights before the bell but both were against fighters who stood in front of him rather than utilised movement something Floyd does.

As sad as it is and despite all of Floyd’s boasting, he will do what he does best and that is box. I don’t think there is an active welterweight that can outbox Floyd. A stoppage for Floyd doesn’t even factor into it for me and there is a very slim chance that Shane will catch the elusive Floyd and stop him so I’m going with a Floyd decision over an older Shane Mosley who will be worse off due to inactivity.

As always Gorilla Productions is on point with the vids but as this video draws to an end and the countdown starts the video explodes.

This is by far one of my favourite fight promo vids GP has made!

It’s going to an interesting fight either way. It’s Mayweathers toughest fight and if he wins here, then I think it really cements his place as the best boxer of his generation.

If Mosley loses I can’t see him going on much longer, just because of how inactive he has been which has not been his fault. Too many people ducking and dodging. (i.e. Pacquaio)

I still can’t split it atm
